Valley of Fear
The Valley of Fear was serialized in 1914 - 1915 and was first published as a book in 1915. Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson are trying to solve a murder in the shadow of their greatest rival, Professor Moriarty. The story extends from the historic castles of England to the Masonic organizations in the US countryside.
The name of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859 - 1930) is much less well-known than the hero he created, the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. Doyle generally published the adventures of Sherlock Holmes in magazines first and then published them in book form. Holmes's adventures were collected in nine books in their original editions, four in novel form and five in short story form. Cem Publishing House has remained faithful to the author's original publication order in the All Adventures of Sherlock Holmes series.
