Former guerrilla mothers who joined the PKK in the past and who today connect with their children to the lives they had to lead abroad... Each of them, starting from the reasons for joining the guerrilla and their experiences in the organization, their separation processes, memories, resentments and most importantly, They describe their motherhood. Berivan Bingöl followed her curiosity about the relationships of women with their children, who lived a guerrilla life by staying in the mountains for years, and traveled from country to country, listening to them and putting their words into writing. Now twenty women are opening the doors of twenty different worlds to us with their words. In the book, you will witness not only the relationships of these women, who have seen and experienced a lot, with their children, but also their struggles with society, the state, some structures of the organization, and nationalist and sexist stereotypes.
