"Bismillahirrahmanirrahim."
The whisper reached his ear as softly as a snake. It caused him to wake up. Two other lips stuck to his lips and started to blow air into his mouth. With the blowing of air, the machine started to work again. By coughing, he expelled all the dust and soil sediments - not mud - that were clogging his throat. He opened his eyes. It still looked blurry.
The young girl leaning over him said, "Thank God, you are alive."
"Oh God..." were the first words the man uttered. He spat. His stomach felt like it was filled with poison. His head ached as if it were going to explode. "I'm sorry," he said.
He tried to make up for the first words that came out of his mouth by apologizing. The young girl's eyes were blazing. Like a carrot buried in the ground, only the head of the man whose entire body was buried under the rubble was visible. The young girl with big, brown eyes, each of which resembled a cup of coffee, was in her twenties. The turban on his head covered his entire neck with his hair. They were surrounded by shattered suitcases, airplane seats turned inside out, and pieces of plaster and stone.
