Where is Türkiye Heading? Book Description: More than 30 articles in this book were published online in 2019. This book was created by collecting the articles in a book in order to be permanent and tidy. Some of the articles are a direct criticism of the political power in the country. In some of them, some people and institutions are criticized by naming them. Although there is more or less a tradition of making general criticism in Turkey, there is no tradition of making criticism by naming names. In Turkey, the system is generally criticized without mentioning names, as if people from outer space set up the system and are running it. The names of people who need to be criticized are hidden. When you give a name, you attract lightning. Criticizing Turkey by naming names is as dangerous as playing with fire. Why did I write these risky articles? What drives me to write these articles? I don't have an answer to these questions. I don't know why I wrote this. I did not write these articles by planning in advance or on purpose, I wrote them because my inner voice said "write". Maybe it would be better for me if I didn't write, maybe if I kept silent. But I couldn't keep silent.
