Das Management consists of studies that oppose the dominant academic literature on management, on state forms specific to capitalist and socialist modes of production, some social institutions and theoretical studies on them, and daily management and political practices. In these works, Kurthan Fişek not only criticizes the literature, but also shows how administration can be analyzed with the historical materialist method, by rejecting a historyless, societyless and classless understanding of administration and state. In this respect, Kurthan Fişek is perhaps the first person in Turkey who intends to reconsider management with the historical materialist method, rejecting almost all public administration literature... Das Yönetimi, on the other hand, deals with and criticizes the state, bureaucracy, management phenomenon and literature, and Turkish public administration from a Marxist perspective. and a collection of old but timeless writings aimed at reconstruction.
