One of the riches offered by the Kurdish civilization is its culinary culture. These people not only established the first development centers; He started farming in the highlands of the Zagros and the wetlands of the Tigris-Euphrates, manufactured kitchen tools, knew how to benefit from the meat and milk of the animals he domesticated, and made syrup and wine from fruit juices for the first time; He cooked meals with different vegetables and herbs; It has produced a wide variety of medicines.
We touched upon this information from history, especially in the first chapter of our book.
In the second part; Kurdish dishes were presented with rich varieties and recipes.
In the third part, we included a dictionary about Kurdish cuisine and dishes, and Kurdish proverbs and riddles. We found it appropriate to produce a source book that covers the subject in its entirety. The fact that our book is the first cookbook published about Kurds has also been effective in this behavior. We applied teamwork for the first time in this book and the result we got was very positive. Thus, we saw and understood how useful teamwork is in promoting our civilization and culture, and we are very happy about it.
