The Kurdish bandit Altındiş Osman, Şeyh Zahiri also talks at length about the Şemekan tribe chief Timur Ağa and introduces him to the reader. The most interesting aspect of the book is the marginalization of Kurds and the fact that Kurds are always referred to with derogatory terms (bandit, marauder, rebel, etc.). The same approach applies to the leaders of the uprising (İhsan Nuri, Halis Öztürk and Bıro Heski Telli, etc.). One can somehow better understand the marginalization literature that has survived to this day.
