Ergenekon Milli Mücadele Yazıları
The articles I collected under the name Ergenekon (...) are a small part of the articles published in the İkdam newspaper during the War of Independence. (...) Among the hundreds of articles that filled a three-year period, I separated only fifty-sixty of them and published them in a book. (...) It is only possible to remember the crises of conscience and thought that the Turkish nation went through from 1920 to 1923 through articles like these. The only value of the parts that constitute Ergenekon is that they show these crises of thought and conscience more clearly than the others. In this respect, we can compare these writings to small mirrors that reflect the spiritual landscapes of that period in a line of fire.
