Iğdır Political History 1945 - 1965 Book Description This book deals with the period between 1945-1965 of Iğdır Political History in sections and tries to give it as much of a sense of integrity as possible. We have to admit that Iğdır was first introduced to politics in the 1950s. Although there was chaos at first, the ranks soon became clear, especially towards the end of the 50s. In a sense, it is a fact that we need to look for the roots of the political choices that continue to this day in these years. Multi-faceted, intertwined issues that have never been discussed are connected to each other within a chain of logic, shedding light on a dark period of Iğdır. If we go back a long way, the history of Iğdır has followed a series of chained and disconnected processes from 1912 to the present day. In my book titled Iğdır 1919, I wrote about what happened in the Iğdır region between 1912 and 1920. Soon after, the Mount Ararat Rebellion took place, which made its impact felt throughout the region between 1926-32, and the events in the Iğdır region during these years were the subject of my book titled Iğdır AND Mount Ararat Rebellion. MAH Inspector Hüsnü Bingöl left his mark on the period between 1932 and 1953 in Iğdır. I included the events of this period in my book titled Iğdır and Hüsnü Bingöl. In the content of the book, I will present to your attention the history of the Republic and especially the events that took place in Iğdır between 1950-60. However, in order for you to better understand the ten-year Democratic Party (DP) period, I decided to expand my article to cover the years 1945-65. In this way, we will have the chance to understand the DP Period better. I believe that this book will attract the attention of my readers who want to know the characteristics and dynamics of the period, as well as students and researchers with its many aspects.
