The Art of Knowing People
Austrian psychiatrist Alfred Adler, one of the three great giants of Contemporary Psychology and the founder of the individual psychology school, is targeting a wide readership with The Art of Knowing People.
The determinations made by Adler at the beginning of this century regarding the spiritual-physical existence of man and the problems in life maintain their meaningfulness and guiding function without losing anything of their value despite all the years that have passed. The main purpose of this work, which arose from a series of conferences by Adler, is to understand the flaws in our activity in society based on the erroneous behaviors of individuals, to reveal these mistakes and to try to ensure that individuals adapt better to social life.
On the other hand, the work aims to explain the most basic principles of individual psychology and the value they have in knowing people and their importance in common life and in establishing one's own life.
Adler reveals the meaning of life, which we cannot see much in our age, in a delicate way like an artist.
