Position of Hadiths and Sects According to the Quran
This book seeks an answer to a claim. The claim that occupies the agenda is that "some scholars say there is no hadith, some say there is no sect". This book is an effort to discuss the claim on a correct basis and reveal the truth; There are hadiths, there are sects, but "let's not forget that there is also the Quran."
When a topic comes up, it is the duty of every scholar to first find it in the Quran, or if it is not in the Quran, then Hz. In the hadiths that are the words of the Prophet and tested by hadith experts and accepted as Sahih/Correct, if they are not there, one should look at the jurisprudence of sect imams and knowledgeable experts. Otherwise, this effort is not an effort or claim to eliminate either the hadith or the sects.
This modest volume of work, first of all, bases itself on the method that can be called Returning to the Qur'an in every issue, in a way saying "Fiqh without the Qur'an is incomplete" and gives priority to the Qur'an in every issue. In other words, it requires dealing with a subject in which "Quran, Hadith and sects" are in harmony, and this book is a rehearsal of that.
