Kurdish Issue
Kazım Karabekir Pasha says the following about the Kurdish issue:
'External forces, which want to divide us and swallow us, have been spreading the Kurdish movement for a long time.
Our enemies are trying to establish a greater Armenia. Our Kurdish brothers mostly live here.
Those who work for Kurdish independence are our enemies. Their aim is to separate the Kurds from us and then turn them into Armenia. They will destroy the Kurds.
For this reason, Turkish and Kurdish brothers, do not allow this disaster.
The aim was to achieve Kurdish independence, but the work was given a religious nature to facilitate its success.
'Kurdishness, whose peace I had ensured throughout the War of Independence, was coming to a disastrous end.'
Pasha's views on the rebellions, his thoughts on the Kurds, secret reports about the Kurdish tribes and leaders, and Pasha's struggles with the Kurds in the CHP come to light with this book.
