Şerif Pasha , who came from a family from Süleymaniye and held important positions within the empire, started to work in Stockholm as the Ottoman ambassador in 1898. Pasha, who has a charismatic personality, establishes warm relations with the Stockholm elite. He joined the opposition ranks against Abdulhamid and left his embassy position, settling in Paris after the declaration of the Second Constitutional Monarchy. He publishes the newspaper "Meşrutiyet", comes into conflict with the Unionists and fights against them. During the years when the Kurdish country was taken over, he carried out some diplomatic activities on behalf of the Kurds on international platforms.

Rohat Alakom , who lived in the same city, Stockholm, for many years and is known for his research on recent Kurdish history, traces Şerif Pasha in this book; He clarifies many issues from the places he stayed in Stockholm to his assassination in Paris, from his representation of the Kurdistan Teali Society to his life in Monte Carlo, from his efforts regarding the Kurdish Republic of Mahabad to his death, and especially the aspects that official historians ignore or distort, Pasha's history. It sheds light on the "Kurdish mission" of Turkey.
