David Harvey is one of the most referenced and influential social theorists of recent times. Also known for his activist identity and his writings on anti-capitalist movements, Harvey's fame and influence extends to sociology, political economy, architecture, economics, literary studies and urban studies, as well as to the science of geography, whose perspective he changed.
