Zionism and Türkiye Book Description The book in your hands; The founder of Political Zionism, Dr. These are the memoirs of Theodor Herzl, interpreted by Mr. Yaşar Kutluay. Dr. Herzl was so committed to the cause of the establishment of a Jewish State that he paid Sultan Abdulhamid's closest pashas to serve his cause; He literally buys the palace with bribes. He mobilizes world public opinion and mobilizes wealthy Jews to make this dream come true. He uses Professor Vambery to arrange meetings with the Sultan and the future Jewish State. However, despite all of Herzl's efforts, Sultan Abdulhamid did not consent to the establishment of a Jewish State in Palestine, and Herzl did not lose hope, this time aiming for the destruction of the Ottoman Empire as soon as possible. For this purpose, he turns the Jewish press in Europe against Turkey. Dr. believes that a Jewish State will emerge from the ashes of the Ottoman Empire, which was suffering due to foreign debts. The fact that Herzl announced the news of Israel's founding to the whole world in the early 1900s, in the next fifty years, reveals what a forward-thinking politician he was. This book, translated by Yaşar Kutluay, reveals his life; If it is read and understood properly, the current situation of our country and the real goal of Zionism will be understood much better.
