On a June afternoon in 1984, when the iron door closed me outside and the screams of Peace remained inside, I never thought that one day his voice would reach so many people. Not because I didn't think of putting the memories about Peace on paper, but because I realized that the words put on paper often cannot be conveyed even to the nervous person who has a habit of reading. When the big screen raised Barış's humming voice, a new publishing opportunity arose for Don't Shoot the Kite. Whether it is because the black writings on white paper give everyone the clue to create their own dreams, they can be more colorful than illustrated dreams.
