Wek Ku Venivisiye and It is As It Is Written Book Description Who is Rojar Wenda? He was born in 1972 in the Kızıltepe district of Mardi. Later, his family returned to their village, Xurs (Yüceliye). Starting from his primary school years, he started writing in Turkish, like many northern Kurds. After completing secondary school, he stopped studying due to economic opportunities and started writing Kurdish poems in 1987. In 1988, he went to Istanbul with his father and brother to work for a living. In 1992, in addition to writing, he taught himself to play the saz and started making Kurdish music by composing the poems he wrote. In the same year, he met the musician Yusuf Roman and upon his suggestion, he contributed three of his compositions to the album "Dayika delal" of the "Koma Gelîyê Zîlan" music group, under the musical direction of Yusuf Roman. He participates and sings Xemgîn Bîrhat's composition called "Chain in our hands and arms". In 2000, in addition to writing and music, he started to work as a charcoal painter. He opened a total of three personal exhibitions consisting of caricatures and different drawings in Istanbul.
