Zarokên Bêziman
The owners, intellectuals and revolutionaries of a language that is oppressed and subjected to the policy of assimilation and genocide in the most effective way, speak, write and speak in the language that is dominant, colonialist, genocidal and the tool of assimilation (Turkish, Arabic, Persian, etc.) rather than their own ancestral language. There is no other method that would be more effective than staying away from Kurdish life. In this respect, it is obvious that the biggest betrayal of the Kurdish language comes not from the Kurdish intellectuals and politicians' native language, but from their speaking in the dominant colonialist, assimilationist language, which is a tool of genocide.
Because it is the mother, father and parents who teach the language to their children. When the colonialist, assimilationist and genocidal education of the state is added to this, the child is now deprived of his own ancestral language and is mute. It is observed that by speaking not his own language, but a language that is painful, offensive and aims at his own genocide, he exhibits a stance against himself, a position that widens, deepens and accelerates his absence. This is also a situation that keeps the child away from education and learning and postpones equality of opportunity in education.
Azad Dildar's book titled "Zarokên Bêziman" (Mute Children), prepared in Kurdish and about the traumas experienced by uneducated children deprived of their mother tongue, was published by İsmail Beşikci Foundation (İBV) publications. On the back cover of the book; A quote from İsmail Beşikci is also added, emphasizing the importance of the national language.
“The basic policy of the state regarding the Kurds is assimilation. Of course, humanity must stand against this ongoing policy of assimilation. The most effective way and method to oppose assimilation is; It is possible by speaking and using Kurdish decisively.
Undoubtedly, it is very important to speak and write Kurdish correctly. Protecting the Kurdish language is possible by making it functional in writing and speaking. In this context, it is important to understand the importance of language in thinking and perception.
In the process of self-creation of the nation, poetry, stories, verses, elegies, proverbs, mythology, epics, etc. It is very important to use the works sung and written in this language dynamically. It has a great impact on this nation's self-recreation, accelerates, expands and deepens the process.
